How to Cut Workshop Rubber Sheet
Mark your cut line with chalk or a straight edge. For sheets up to 6mm, a sharp Stanley knife in 2–3 passes cuts cleanly. For 8mm+, use a circular saw with a fine-tooth blade or a jigsaw. Sheets can also be scored deeply and snapped over a straight edge for clean straight cuts.

How long does rubber workbench sheet last?
In normal workshop use, SBR rubber sheet lasts 10–15 years. Workbench liner used for light work can last significantly longer. The material does not crack, peel, or degrade with age in typical indoor workshop conditions.
