Specialist oil resistant rubber sheet formulated from Nitrile (NBR) compound for superior resistance to petroleum oils, fuels, and hydraulic fluids. Unlike standard rubber that swells and degrades in oil, this industrial-grade material maintains its properties in continuous hydrocarbon exposure.

Why Nitrile for Oil Resistance?

Nitrile rubber contains acrylonitrile (ACN) which provides exceptional oil resistance. Our NBR compound is optimised at 33-35% ACN for an excellent balance of oil resistance and physical properties.
