Materials and Tools:
Airtight foil tape or weatherstripping (e.g., adhesive-backed aluminum foil or EPDM rubber tape)

Cleaning supplies (e.g., rubbing alcohol or a mild detergent for cleaning surfaces)
Clean the Surfaces:
Before applying any sealing materials, make sure both the window frame and the wall around the window are clean and free from dust, dirt, and grease. Use a cleaning agent or rubbing alcohol to ensure a clean surface.

Internal Sealing:
Measure the gaps and cracks around the window frame on the interior side.
Cut the foil tape or weatherstripping to the appropriate length.
Apply the foil tape or weatherstripping to the gaps between the window frame and the wall. Ensure a tight seal by pressing the tape firmly against the surfaces.

External Sealing:
For the external sealing, you can use caulk or sealant to seal gaps and cracks.
Apply a bead of caulk along the perimeter of the window frame where it meets the wall.
Use a caulking gun to ensure a uniform and airtight seal.

Inspect and Test:
After applying the sealing materials, inspect the window to ensure there are no gaps or areas that may need additional attention.
To test the effectiveness of your sealing, you can use a smoke pencil or an incense stick to check for any air leaks. Light the stick and move it around the window edges. If the smoke is drawn into or out of any area, you may need to reseal that section.

Regular Maintenance:
