Interlocking Gym Tiles
Our most popular option. Interlocking rubber gym tiles click together like a jigsaw puzzle – no adhesive, no tools, no fuss. Available in 12mm to 40mm thickness, these tiles are perfect for home gyms, garage gyms, and commercial fitness studios. Easy to install, easy to remove, and easy to replace individual tiles if needed.
Rubber Gym Rolls
Rubber gym flooring rolls offer the fastest way to cover large areas. Ideal for commercial gyms, sports halls, and fitness centres where seamless coverage is important. Our rolls are available in various widths and can be cut to fit any space.
Weightlifting Platforms
For serious lifters, our 40mm+ gym mats provide maximum protection for Olympic lifting and heavy deadlifts. Absorbs the impact of dropped barbells and protects both your floor and your equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much gym flooring do I need?
Measure your space in square metres (length × width). Our tiles typically cover 0.81m² to 1m² each. Use our size guides on each product page or call us for help.
Can I install gym flooring on concrete?
Yes! Our rubber gym flooring works perfectly on concrete, wood, tiles, and most flat surfaces. For uneven concrete, we recommend our thicker 17mm+ tiles.
Will gym mats damage my floor underneath?
No. Our rubber flooring actually protects your subfloor from scratches, dents, and moisture. It's fully removable with no residue.

Frequently Asked Questions
What rubber gym mat thickness do I need for a home gym?
For cardio machines and light free weights (up to 20kg dumbbells): 8mm-10mm is sufficient. For moderate weight training (20-60kg dumbbells, barbells): 15mm-17mm. For heavy Olympic lifting and deadlifting: 20mm-25mm platform rubber. For CrossFit and high-impact training with weight drops: 30mm-40mm. Thicker rubber protects both your subfloor and reduces joint loading during heavy training.
Is rubber gym matting suitable for a garage with a concrete floor?
Yes — rubber gym mats are ideal for concrete garage floors. The rubber provides cushioning, grip, and protects the concrete from dropped equipment. For cold garages, rubber insulates against cold concrete underfoot. Use interlocking tiles for ease of installation without adhesive, or rolls for seamless coverage of large areas. 15mm+ is recommended for concrete subfloors where equipment dropping is planned.
Can gym rubber mats cause damage to wooden floors?
Rubber mats do not damage hardwood or engineered wood floors in normal use. The rubber base provides a non-slip grip without scratching the surface. Over extended periods, dark rubber dye can transfer to light-coloured wood floors — use a barrier layer (foam undermat) if this is a concern. Do not install rubber gym mats on sprung sports floors — the rubber prevents the designed deflection.
